There are two bathrooms, one has a tub and the other has a shower. The living room is spacious with full glass doors to access the patio and let a lot of daylight in. The dining area is set up in its own little nook, making it cozy, but also still open to the living area for easy entertaining.
The built-in kitchen comes with all of the appliances, and it is equipped with all of the utensils, dishes and everything you need. The large fridge and freezer combo gives you plenty of space to stock up on food. The kitchen is a separate room, making it easy to hide the mess and focus on your guests.
On the patio you’ll find a BBQ grill and plenty of space for entertaining with a few steps leading down to the large yard that’s fully fenced in.
This house is located in Landstuhl, not far from LRMC, and also allows for quick access to RAB.
